Laser was shipped as a 110 volt machine rather than the 220 volt as is required in NZ. The fix to this look some time and was not particularly satisfactory - provision of a transformer. Also the main power wire shorted and the advice was to cut the join and tape it together. Ended up paying an electrician to do it properly Laser itself is excellent once issues were sorted out

Every thing and more. works very well and with the turn able tower so you can use a 300x300 mm lens, you do not need to buy an extended height tower. Very happy with my purchase. had an issue with the supplied usb with the software and my sales rep fixed it right away by emailing what i required. Thank you Sophia Gao
